Shop Hours and Lead Times

Hi there! Thanks so much for visiting and supporting my small business — it truly means the world to me!


Please note: I run this shop while also working full-time as a paramedic, which means my schedule can be a little unpredictable. Between 96 hour shifts on the ambulance and fulfilling orders, I may not always be able to respond to every message or email right away. I promise I’m not ignoring you — I’m just juggling a lot, and I appreciate your patience and understanding! Limited shop hours apply due to my full-time work commitments, but I do my best to check in and work on orders whenever I’m off-duty. Shop hours are Sunday-Tuesday 8am-8pm, I try to respond to all messages and emails during this time. Big Creek Leatherworks is not available by phone, please reach out by email or through the website.  All orders are processed in the order they are received to keep things fair. Once your order is in the queue, rest assured it will be handled with care and attention, just as soon as I can get to it. Current lead times are around 10-12 weeks but are subject to change based on order complexity, materials and hardware. Lead times are also affected by how busy the shop is and obligations to my life and my full time job.
