For any questions related to orders or inquiries about custom orders, send me a message or email me at bigcreekleatherworks@gmail.com and I will respond as soon as possible! Shop hours are Sunday-Tuesday 8am-8pm and I will do my best to respond to messages during these hours. Big Creek Leatherworks is not available by phone. If you have a question about the progress of your order please see “Shop Hours and Lead Times” and hopefully your questions will be answered. If your order is taking longer than expected lead times feel free to reach out. Keep in mind, sending me multiple messages inquiring about your order will not help me finish your items faster. I have limited shop time and I work on orders as they come in, in the order they were placed. Appreciate your understanding, your patience and of course your business.
